Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrintDesk Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrintDesk Pro provides screen printing business management software including pricing calculation, order management, lead tracking (Lead Radar), customer relationship management, and related features (collectively, "the Service").

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Pricing Plans

Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Founder pricing plans are locked for the lifetime of the account and will not increase, subject to continuous active subscription.

4.2 Payment

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed billing date. Founder plans require no setup fee.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial periods.

4.4 Non-Payment

If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Founder Pricing (First 100 Customers)

The first 100 paying customers ("Founder Customers") receive locked-in pricing for the lifetime of their account, provided the account remains in good standing and continuously subscribed. This pricing is non-transferable. After 100 customers, standard pricing applies to all new accounts.

6. User Data and Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the business data, customer information, pricing models, and other content you enter into the Service ("Your Data").

You grant us a limited license to access, use, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6.3 Data Portability

Upon request, we will provide Your Data in a commonly used format. Upon account cancellation, we will delete Your Data within 90 days.

The Service, its design, logos, and code are owned by PrintDesk Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintDesk Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and upgrades which may cause temporary downtime. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, extended non-payment, or conduct that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your access ceases and Your Data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Ohio.
